The thesis

Marketing is becoming an operational problem, not a creative one.

For most of the last decade, growth marketing for consumer brands has looked the same: a fragmented stack of tools, a rotating set of freelancers and agencies, a founder making the final call on too many small decisions, and a dashboard that arrives a week late and explains nothing.

The creative problem has been mostly solved. The bottleneck isn't ideas; it's operational throughput — the ability to take a brief, run it through strategy, production, performance, and reporting, with brand consistency, with senior judgment, with speed.
