Your accounts stay yours.
We log into Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Shopify, HubSpot — and every other tool we use on your behalf — under your domain, your billing, your data. We don't hold platform leverage. If we ever part ways, the entire stack stays with you. Accounts, history, audiences, integrations.
What we collect.
From visitors to this site: anonymised page analytics and the contact form you submit. From customers: brand assets you share, performance data from accounts you connect, and outputs we generate inside your workflow. Nothing scraped, nothing inferred from third-party data brokers.
How we use AI with your data.
Your brand context lives in your Brand Context Protocol — a per-customer rulebook we use to keep AI outputs on-brand. AI calls run through Anthropic and OpenAI APIs configured with zero data retention and no training on your inputs. Your brand voice never leaks into another customer's output.
Who has access.
Your dedicated Human Agent. A senior reviewer when an escalation requires it. Named subprocessors: Anthropic and OpenAI (model APIs), the platforms you connect (Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Shopify, HubSpot, etc.), and the workflow tools your engagement requires (Notion, Slack, Canva, ClickUp). No other humans. No resale to third parties. No advertising networks.
Where your data lives.
Customer data is stored and processed in our primary region. Backups are encrypted at rest and in transit. We're happy to specify exact region (and offer in-region processing) for customers with regulatory needs — flagged during onboarding.
What happens if we part ways.
Accounts return to your control within 7 days of offboarding. Your BCP is exported in a portable format. All customer data is deleted from our systems within 30 days — unless retention is legally required (tax, audit). You'll receive a deletion confirmation. No hostage situation, no data tail.
